Puma asked us to transform their global Field of Play retail concept into a world-class stadium experience for one of their most important global partners — Manchester City FC.
The ambition was to create more than a club shop.
A place that captures the energy of matchday, celebrates football culture and connects fans closer to the club and the Puma brand.
The experience combines clear navigation, elevated product storytelling, digital communication and new service moments — including an industry-leading shirt printing factory, customisation areas, click-and-collect services and fan-focused product experiences.
Our role spans design, project management and the coordination, manufacture and delivery of both the global Field of Play fixture system and all bespoke experience elements.
