How seven streets gave Sevenstore’s store design its reason for being

Owned by Footasylum, Sevenstore is a high-end sneaker, streetwear and sport fashion retailer. We created its newest store: a localised, socialised, hybrid space that proves the physical store – if reinvented with new purpose – is alive and kicking.

Sevenstore is named after the seven streets on which Liverpool is founded, and the store concept takes its cue from this city’s vibrant heritage and creative culture. Minimalist, future-tech and content-rich, our store design places the store firmly in its locality, whilst also bringing to life the brand’s belief that ‘fashion is much more than clothes, shoes and accessories, and retail is more than windows, rails and tills.’

A new store experience every seven weeks

Designed as both venue and retail, the space is a place for like-minded people to meet, hangout and shop. Powered with a retail strategy that delivers a rolling programme of dynamic content, the store is completely refreshed every seven weeks, with each new edition activated on social media to pull visitors in. Local and international musicians, designers and artists, rub shoulders with new fashion collections and collaborative events, driving footfall and building a community.

“A localised, socialised, hybrid space that proves the physical store – if reinvented with new purpose – is alive and kicking.”
